Tentang Aku

Hello, My name is Lino Garda Denaro. Peoples also call me Lino. I was born in Batam, Indonesia on 03 June 1993. When I was young I lived in Sumberjo village of Kandat district, Kediri, East-Java, until the last end of elementary school. Then I went to Batam for first two years of my Junior High School at SMP 6 Batam. I was then, back to Kediri and graduated here for my Junior High School in SMP 1 Kandat. Then, when I graduated, I was looking for my next school. I want to get a great school for the next degree but I had a problem with my national final score that isn’t too good. But, it is not a big deal because I had finally registered in SMA 4 Kediri that was a popular school in that year.

Here, I joined OSIS Organisational activity for the first year. I entered in the Division of Art and sports department which committed many activities in school such as ‘futsal’ competition, volleyball, basketball, and others. Then, for the second year of studying, I choosed Natural Science for the specific field. Then, I also followed math competition but it is not a big achievement, I had just been a participant of the competition organized by UNISKA.

Then, for the third year of studying, I started studying hard and taking a course. I was thinking about my future plan of study. In that time, I imagined that ITS is my priority, Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember – Surabaya. I was thinking too much to be an engineer of electronic or mechanical. These triggered me to study hard. But in the end, I committed two public exams organized by UM-PENS for electrical engineering and SNMPTN for Geomatics Engineering and both of them are accepted. I was so confused to choose a great way, I prefer the electronics field but there was a problem with the financial. And the other hand, Geomatics Engineering which offered lower fund. Therefore iI choosed Geomatics Engineering as my specific study for my college.

In Geomatics Engineering, I took several organizational activities, namely, HIMAGE (ITS) and BEM-FTSP (ITS). In the period 2012-2013, I joined as a staff for Research and Technology (Research and Technology) FTSP BEM-ITS. Later in the period 2013-2014, I joined as Secretary of the Department of Research and Technology BEM FTSP – ITS.

During my study, I have accomplished some achievements. I achieved five research studies. Four national papers which are organized by Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology that the titles about The computation of Total Suspended Soil (TSS) in Sirugede Reservoir Tasikmalaya (2014), Use of Multispectral Images to Determine the Area of Green Open Spaces and Estimate the Determination of the Distribution in the Urban Planning Process in Surabaya (2014), Ionospheric Disturbance Caused by 2010 Merapi Mount’s Eruption Observed by GPS-CORS Stations on the Coast of Sumatra (2015), and Ionosphere and deformation analysis of Mount’s Eruption of Merapi Yogyakarta 2010 (2015). And the last one research is granted by higher education that the title about Monitoring Condition for Mangrove Vegetation Density Analysis Using Multispectral Satellite in coastal of Surabaya (2012). Those experiences increase my curiosity and passion for being a researcher.

When I was in undergraduate degree, my final project was about the Global Positioning System (GPS)’ anomaly on the atmosphere, at the ionosphere properly and the object of the observation is Merapi Volcano that erupted in November 2010.

Now, Alhamdulillah I am continuing my study for a master degree at Geomatics Engineering – NCKU.
